How do I book a picnic or a movie night?

If you'd like to book, please email us, with the number of guests, requested date(s), location (we cover Pioneertown, Morongo Valley, Yucca Valley, Landers, Flamingo Heights, Joshua Tree and 29 Palms), type of event (picnic or movie) and any add-ons that you'd like.

 

We will get back you to confirm the details and take a deposit.  We recommend reaching out as far in advance as possible as we have limited dates/times available.

What is your cancellation policy?

Once your picnic or movie night is booked there are no refunds except in case of extremely bad weather.

If the date you've scheduled no longer works for you, you may reschedule 30 days or more prior to your date.

What if the weather is bad?

If it's rainy (super rare) or too windy (less rare), we will be happy to reschedule for another time.  The other option is to have the picnic indoors if there's a space that works.  Otherwise we can give you a refund for the picnic set up, minus any add-ons ordered that can't be cancelled plus a delivery fee for the add-ons.

Can you provide a vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free picnic?

Yes, please let us know your dietary needs and we will be happy to accommodate.

For Movie Nights:

Will we need access to a WiFi network at the location? 

The Firestick/Roku provided will need to be connected to a WiFi network to stream movies.  

Do I need to login to my own streaming accounts?

Yes, you will need to login to your own streaming account to stream your movie (or tv show).
